Shepherding Opportunity: Looking for something to do during the day that would help out someone in need? A member here at CGC is looking for someone to help with a friend's mother who recently had a stroke. LIFE Adult Classes: Two new series will begin May 22 - Tim Keller’s book, The Prodigal God in Room 8 and a DVD series with Ray Vander Laan, Promised Land in Room 10. Come and join us for these new classes.

Vacation Bible School: Be a part of the Walk This Way VBS team and sign- up today in the lobby. This year’s VBS takes place on Sunday, June 19 through Thursday, June 23. Dinner begins at 5:00p.m. followed by VBS from 6-8p.m. In addition, we will have a special Family Experience on Friday, June 24 followed by an all night family camp out on the church property, bring you tents, sleeping bags, and snacks to share. Join us as we learn to follow Jesus every day of our lives! In addition, you can also be a part of VBS by helping us purchase much needed supplies. Pick up a donation card in the lobby and return the items to the marked table in Fellowship Hall by May 17. Thank you for your generosity and prayers for this year's Walk This Way experience!!!
Mission Trip Meeting: We will be having a meeting for anyone wanting more information about and/or interested in going on our fall mission trip on

s Academy: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will be performing June 3-5. The performances for this show will be held at Lutheran High School and seating is assigned when you purchase your tickets. Don't wait too long to purchase your tickets in order to get the best seats! Extra tickets may not be available if you wait to purchase them at the door.

Marsh Fundraiser: CGC will be participating in a new fundraiser with Marsh. This event will take place from May 26-29. When you present your coupon, CGC will receive 5% of all receipts for each coupon used during this three day time period. All you need to do is take the coupon that we provide and present it at check out. This is a good time to visit Marsh to purchase all your Memorial day food or graduation cakes.
