Creative Environments Grow Talent

A search for creativity in business on Google returned 205 million items in 0.78 seconds. There's no denying the business community is immersed in harnessing the electricity, the bolt of lightning, that popular culture characterizes as creative inspiration. 

However, authors like Andy Stefanovich and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi who wrote Look at More and Creativity, respectively focus more of their attention on the environment that cultivates creative expression.

If creativity manifests in an environment more like a garden than a summer storm, what are you doing to grow talent, and eventually, competitive advantage from innovation, in your business soil?
