Round 3 Information

Round 3 is just days away, preregistration is still open, and will help speed up the line in the morning. This event is during the Lucas Oil Offroad Race Series, and a USBA Masters of the Mountain events, so there are lots of changes to make things work for the weekend.

Check In / Registration

Open Hours: Fri – Sun 6:30am – 9:00am
All entrants will need to Check in or Register at the main desk in the Admin Building outside the main gate.

At registration you’ll get your usual NASA Utah Wristband, as well as a Paddock Access Sticker for your street driven car or tow vehicle. This sticker will get one vehicle and any people with wristbands through the front gate. Once you have your wristband, and Paddock Access Sticker for your car, you’re covered for the weekend.

After Hours: If you show up after 9:00am and don’t already have a wristband and Paddock Sticker, you’ll need to go to the box office in the Admin Building to get park access, then you’ll need to go to GP 16 (NASA Office for this weekend) to get Checked in.

Crew / Guest Access

Each NASA Utah participant is allowed up to 4 Crew or Guest entries for this weekend. If they come out with you, please just have them come to Check In with you, and we’ll get them a wristband. If they come out separately they will need to either go to Check In (before 9am) or to the Box Office (after 9am). They’ll give your name to the person helping them, and will get a wristband.

Because of very limited space in the paddock Crew and Guests will need to park outside the gate, and because LOORS is a pro event parking will be $5.

Paddock Parking

All participants must park in the NASA paddock, if you park anywhere marked in RED on the map, you may be asked to move. If you rented an East Day garage, and are in one of the North Side garages, you may need to unload your car and equipment, and move your trailer/tow vehicle to the location marked in Orange on the map.

All Crew or Guest vehicles will need to park outside the gate, and because LOORS is a pro event parking will be $5.

NASA Office

The NASA Office in the Team Garages will be closed for this weekend because of the LOORS Paddock. We’ll be setup in GP Garage 16 all weekend, printing Time sheets, making car/classing changes, selling snacks, and just hanging out.

Saturday Cookout

After Racing on Friday we’ll be doing a combined Cookout with USBA somewhere near the GP garage building and Ace Café. If you’ve got chairs, please bring them, as we’ll be short on equipment, but overflowing on fun.

Onsite Items

Food: Fast Track, formerly the Ace Café will be serving Lunch all weekend, and Breakfast Saturday and Sunday. There will also be other food options down at the LOORS grandstand area.

Music: The Young Dubliners will be playing for FREE Saturday evening on the grass behind the West 1 Grandstand. After our cookout, please head down and take advantage of the free entertainment.

LOORS: Last but not least, all of these changes are because of the Lucas Oil Offroad Race Series, and your entry into NASA Utah Round 3 gets you access to watch the LOORS races.
