Atty. Diana Lyn B. Bello is a commercial lawyer affiliated with Kittelson & Carpo Consulting, Inc. and Carpo Law & Associates. As a retained lawyer of K&C and Carpo Law’s clients, she personally advises on corporate, labor & tax issues on a daily basis. With a wide-array of clients engaged in various industries such as energy, BPO, e-commerce, real estate, manufacturing, on-line gaming, and the like, she has had extensive experience in the preparation, drafting and review of business and transaction contracts and other legal documents. Diana is a fourth generation lawyer who completed her BS Management degree from the Ateneo de Manila University, and her Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines-College of Law where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Medal for Leadership and the Maria Clara Lopez Campos Prize for Best Paper in Corporation Law, an award granted for excellence in legal research writing. Prior to joining K&C and CLA, Diana was an associate of the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW), one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Philippines, as a member of its Corporate and Special Projects Department.
