Dear Community Partners:
As you are aware, Guildford County is in the process of developing its most current Community Health Needs Assessment. This has been a collaborative and inclusive process with tremendous input from the community. Efforts are being led by the Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services, High Point Regional Health, and the Cone Health System.
Two meetings (as well as a webinar) have been scheduled to share preliminary findings and to seek input to identify community priorities. The first meeting will be held in High Point on May 17, 2016 at 6-8 pm at the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
