Dear friends,
It’s been just a month since my new book, Full Moon Over Noah’s Ark, was officially launched. I am so grateful for the reception that it has received in the media and from literary critics, as well as from my friends and colleagues.
 I'm pleased to let you know that I'll be speaking at an upcoming "book lunch" event at the Vancouver Club on May 31. There are still a limited number of tickets available, and I hope you'll be able to join me. Chef Sean Cousins will be preparing a Turkish-influenced menu that should tie-in nicely with discussion around the book, the Middle Eastern geopolitical situation, and a fascinating hypothesis about the Noah's Ark story.

Over the past month, I’ve been humbled by the amount of interest our local and national media has shown in Full Moon Over Noah’s Ark. The Globe and Mail published an excerpt in their Travel section, and I’ve talked about the book with CKNW’s Simi Sara, Breakfast Television’s Riaz Meghji, and Global BC’s News at Noon team. I hope to share some of these stories with you soon.
