Earlier this week we experienced some extreme weather conditions with heavy rain, strong winds and a particularly high king tide combining with the low pressure system to push sea levels up in the gulf. The major consequence of this weather and extremely high tide was some significant damage along our coastline from West Beach to Semaphore Park.

The other impacts of this storm event was a number of fallen and damaged trees, as well as some isolated flooding and other minor flooding caused by tree debris blocking water channel and side entry pits.

Henley Square will be smoke free after our Council voted to ban smoking and apply to the State Government to enact a smoke free area.

BPAY View allows you to receive, view, store and pay your rates notices online through the safety and security of your online banking provider.
