May Schedule & Events

Memorial Day Murph: Come out to honor the life of LT. Michael P. Murphy. It's a tough workout but you can tackle it with a friend or two (if you need a team, we'll help you find one). Two heats: Heat 1: 7AM and Heat 2: 8AM. Bring a dish to pass, a camp chair and spend some quality time with the CFM family! This is a family friendly event open to non-members.

June Monthly Challenge: Our monthly challenge for June is a PLANK Challenge!

Dads & Deadlifts:  June 18th.  Join us at 8AM for a WOD. Guys stay for a beverage and bro time to celebrate our Dads.

Personal Record (PR) Week: The week of June 20th. You've been working hard for the last 6 months, now is the time to come out and see your hard work pay off!
