Herbal Therapy for Hormonal Health and Wellness
This two hour, online workshop will cover herbal therapy for hormonal health and wellness. Topics covered include:
- How the hormones work
- How herbs work in coordination with the hormones
- Nourishing the organs
- Various imbalances of the hormonal system
- How those imbalances impact overall health

Who's ready for an Herb Walk??? Join us Saturday, June 25th at 9am for a journey into plant medicine. We will meet at the Cedar Ridge Preserve and walk the beautiful land learning how to identify some amazing Texas plant life.
Suggested donation in honor of the knowledge of the instructor is $15. A portion of all donations will go to support Cedar Ridge Preserve. Children under 15 are FREE. Register TODAY
