Thank you, thank you to Tracy Storck for her hours of work unpacking boxes and organizing the children's room. Thank you, thank you Ashley Hill for her hours of work cleaning and organizing the church kitchen. Thank you to the youth and children who made the amazing announcement video for church last Sunday. I haven't figured out how to post it yet but a new video will be made every few weeks.
Sermon series "Amazing Acts" began and the memory verse for this second week is Acts 2:42 Every youth or child that memorizes the verses will get a prize at the end of our 6 weeks. Also this Sunday is Memorial Sunday and if you would like to lift a name in remembrance, I will be ringing a bell for each name lifted up. Join us at 10am!
As you read this, Jon and I are with the other Ordination candidates spending the day with Bishop Hayes. We will then be attending our neices's graduation on Thursday and Michelle's son's wedding on Friday/Saturday. It is going to be a crazy busy week!
Faith UMC is driving a bus over on June 1 to my Ordination at St Luke's in OKC and you are invited to ride along. Call 918-252-1679 and reserve a seat with Laura. If you can not make the 4:00 departure with Faith, there are others carivaning over that will be leaving at 5:15 from Living Water. Service begins at 7 pm.
We will be having a reception on June 5th. You are encouraged to bring a salad or dessert to share after worship as we celebrate my reappointment to Living Water and my Ordination.

YOUTH WEDNESDAY NIGHT (MAY 25) IS A SCHOOL'S OUT CELEBRATION AND BANANA SPLIT PARTY. EACH PERSON IS BRINGING A TOPPING TO SHARE. 6-8PM, I PUT THE ICE CREAM IN THE FREEZER BEFORE I LEFT!
