Minnesota National Bank celebrated the Groundbreaking for their new headquarters in Sauk Centre, MN, on May 16. Shingobee will provide construction of the 21,000 square foot building, designed by HTG Architects.
We are also nearing completion of a remodel of their Fergus Falls branch.

Several new construction projects are just getting started.
- A Primrose Preschool in St. Louis Park, MN - our fifth project for Primrose Schools.
- Our third ALDI grocery store - in New Ulm, MN.
- Two church renovation projects - for New Life Church in Princeton, MN; and for Ss. Peter and Paul Church in Loretto, MN.
- Conversion of an existing car auction house into a truck rental facility for Enterprise.
- An expansion of the Crow Hill Recreation Center in Fort Totten, ND, will start in June, a project for the Spirit Lake Tribe.
