What a Difference a
Year Makes!
Each year, we get certificates from Chandler Christian Community Center recognizing the number of hours our congregation has served there and the number of pounds of food we donated. They're the agency that facilitates IHELP. We send the peanut butter from Peanut Butter Sundays to them for emergency food boxes. For the last few years, we've helped distribute gifts at Christmas in Operation Santa and participated in the back to school drive.
So guess what! In 2014, we donated 42 pounds of food. In 2015, we donated 256 pounds of food. In 2014, we served 126 hours there. In 2015, we served 452 hours.
Thank you for the food you bring, the times you help out, all the things that make a difference in our community. It's pretty amazing what a difference a year makes!
