PEARSON FARM PEACHES
The Pearson family has been growing peaches and pecans on the same Georgia land for over one hundred years. Come by their tent to grab a bag of the season's first peaches! And don't forget to take some of their pecans home too!

BBQ PICNIC DAY IS 6/4
Join us for the fourth annual D ecatur BBQ and Picnic fundraiser, in support of the "Double Your Dollars" SNAP benefits program, at the Decatur Saturday Farmers Market on Saturday June 4th!
We will begin serving BBQ sammies and sides at 10:30am. Gluten free and vegetarian options will be available. $8 for adult plates and $4 for 1/2 portion children's plates. We will also have delicious beverages, fresh market-made pickles, and other goodies on site to make your BBQ experience even better!

P.S.- Don't forget your picnic blanket!

Community Farmers Market is dedicated to nurturing healthy communities. Click here to read more about Strawberry Day at the Decatur Housing Authority. The kids learned about how delicious fresh and seasonal food can be and had a blast making their own whipped cream!
