(un)Controlled Chaos at the End of the School Year!
Usually I struggle to find things to write about in our updates. The every day life of a college instructor can be pretty bland. In this update, however, I'm having trouble fitting it all in. You might have to pick and choose what you read so I've put our most pressing prayer issues at the top--our summer English camp, our trip to the States, and the upcoming Creation Project.
But you won't want to miss the new, good news stuff like our annual baptism ceremony, or the Trinity College concert.
And with all the action, we have more variety than usual in our spring gallery.

We are working hard to prepare for our first ever English camp at Narnia Elementary School. Please pray for preparations and for the camp itself which will take place from July 11-15.

We're coming back on July 21 for our next home assignment. This will be an extended stay so we hope to see you before we travel back to Slovakia on January 5, 2017.

The Creation Project
- In preparation for the research I'll be doing, I've begun a series of posts called, The Evangelical's Creation Conundrum. In these posts I'll be exploring the apparent conflict between science and Scripture, especially looking at the age of the universe and the creation account of Genesis 1. The overall goal is to restore our confidence in the reliability of Scripture and our ability to understand its message.

Nine people were baptized at our annual spring baptism service! Four people are new believers that came to faith in Christ through the outreach of our congregation.

Our spring gallery has much more variety than usual with photos of baptisms, a visit to a Roma congregation, Trinity College concert, our annual church retreat and more. Look fast because the summer gallery is coming soon!
If you're interested in the kids' recitals you can also find those here.
