Vigilant Management

We're on Your Side: Owner's Project Management

Vigilant is proud to offer one free hour of consulting to every municipality, every year. This complimentary meeting is intended to provide members with a no-commitment ‘first call’ when they have questions relating to construction-related issues. You no longer need to feel alone or helpless when facing municipal construction challenges. Instead of worrying about whether or not you can afford to call someone for help, now you can arrange to call Vigilant to get the help that you need. The goal of this member services arrangement is for MNL members to utilize this as their first call when they require assistance with these issues.

To take advantage of this service, a meeting or phone call will be prepared in advance by contacting Vigilant Management via email at mnl@vigilantmanagement.ca or by calling 709-782-5950.

Community Waste Diversion Fund

MMSB is pleased to announce the intake for proposals under the 2016 Community Waste Diversion Fund. This is a funding program for communities interested in pursuing ideas to reduce, reuse or recycle solid waste. All the details of the program are attached, including ideas for eligible projects, and the guide for developing a proposal.

The deadline for proposals is May 30, 2016 at noon sharp.
I would strongly encourage interested communities to contact me to discuss the potential project prior to developing a proposal.
