Volunteer Recognition Please join us as we recognize the contributions of our Teacher, Musician and Youth Group volunteers during worship this Sunday. We will also present our high school graduates with Bibles signed by the congregation.
Sabbatical Farewell Picnic June 12, 5 – 8 p.m. @ North Clackamas Park. Join your church family in sending Pastor Katie off to New York and the United Kingdom for her sabbatical. Sausages, hotdogs, drinks and dessert will be provided, but please bring salads and side dishes as well as your own dinnerware, if possible. Want to help or ask a question? The Annual Meeting of the Congregation takes place after worship on June 12. Come to worship and help establish a quorum! The following business items are on the agenda:
+ Electing church officers + Approving the pastor’s terms of call
+ Electing officers of the corporation + Accepting the Annual Report
+ Receiving the budget + Recognizing outgoing officers
GA Opening Worship Pastor Katie and Josh Dunham will be helping lead morning worship June 18 at the convention center. Volunteer and connect with Presbyterians from around the world at the Presbyterian Church (USA)’s biannual conference, General Assembly, coming to Portland June 18-25! 2016-2017 Pledge Drive Thank you for pledging to help MPC continue to grow in faith and service! MPC has received 87 pledges so far, totaling $176,722 towards our goal. There’s still time to mail your pledge card to the office or drop it in the plate.
