Farmers Market Guide, Best Mountain Bike Trails, Some Local Events and a Personal Recommendation
Dear <<First Name>>,

Spring is finally here and it seems to have immediately blended into summer. At least we are finished with the snow, which some of us are ecstatic about and others not so much.

The market continues to be sort of crazy, up to about the $400,000 price range where buyers are really struggling to secure a home. According to the latest statistics from the National Realtor Association the supply of inventory in Greater Denver is 1 month, which is far lower than the 6 months that indicates a balanced market. Denver is on the same level as San Francisco with homes staying 33 average days on the market.

Denver has just been recognized as the best city for tech professionals based on wages and home prices. It has experienced an explosive growth in the past 5 years, as most of us living here are aware. Realtor.com lists Denver at #3, after Vallejo and San Francisco (both in California), in its list of the hottest housing markets.

On a different angle we just learned how Re/Max has had 17 consecutive quarters of phenomenal growth, and a large  Keller Williams office as well as other independent offices are choosing to join Re/Max because of its corporate leadership, its pulse on the market and the tremendous educational opportunities it offers its agents. We are proud to be a part of this elite group.

Please keep in mind that we are never too busy to help you, your family and friends even if you need just a question answered or a referral for a vendor.

Have a wonderful and safe summer.

Take Care,
Anne & Jessica Cucchi
