Black Bunny's new BBQ Blowout will be a highlight of the event with a large range of house smoked and barbecued menu items that will be slow cooking for hours in the lead up to the comp. Murray's Brewing will run a 'Tap Takeover' along with a Karma Keg where patrons have the opportunity to pay what they want for schooners of the craft brew. All proceeds from the Karma Keg will go to the Bearded Men of the Sunshine Coast's charity of choice.
Event organiser and founder of the Bearded Men of the Sunshine Coast recommends to start grooming now 'This year taking home the title will be even tougher, beards are fiercer, mo's are thicker and our judges are harsher. We can't wait to see the results' Nathen Coles, Founder, Bearded Men of the Sunshine Coast.
The Bearded Men of the Sunshine Coast formed in 2013 as a social club for those with an appreciation of facial hair. Since then the club has raised hundreds of dollars for charity and hosts three successful events each year supporting local community, original music and, of course, facial hair associates.
