SBM ITB Students Impressed Hosts in Cross-Cultural Management Study Trip to Perth, Australia
A group of 10 undergraduate students in Bachelor of Management Class of 2016 visited Perth, Western Asutralia from 30 April to 4 May as part of their Cross-Cultural and Conflict Management. Accompanied by their lecturer Asst. Professor Dr. Agung wicaksono, the students embarked on a journey interacting with university and research center, company and business community, as well as the Indonesia community in Western Australia.

Along with this I intend to share happiness with colleagues from SBM-ITB. My collaboration with Prof. Sudarso Kaderi Wiryono, Dr. Deddy Priatmodjo Koesrindartoto, and Dr. Indra Budiman Syamwil (SAPPK-ITB), which is part of the dissertation in my Doctoral of Science in Management program in SBM-ITB, has been honored by Emerald Publishing Group as Highly Commended Paper in the 2016 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence.
Learn Entrepreneurship from Silicon Valley
A dazzling opportunity went to the MBA Entrepreneurship student, Gebby Oktapuri, who was invited to participate at ASES Stanford Summit 2016 held on 2-9 April 2016 with other students from all over Asia Pacific. With theme "Designing for Global Entrepreneurship", the nice-to-have design has been shifting to need-to-have. Besides having classes at Stanford, the summit took place at Silicon Valley - home to many of the world's largest high-tech corporations and thousands of startup companies.

Students of Bachelor of Management Ranked First Place in WOW Jiwasraya Case Competition
Another good news from SBM students in Undergraduate Program. In April 2016, SBM ITB students won the first place in WOW Jiwasraya Case Competition. They were challenged to create a marketing strategy for education insurance product from BNI Life Insurance "JS Achievement". "Before we enter the competition, we rarely discuss about insurance industry, especially insurance products.
