Aarohee means Evolving in Sanskrit.
A few words from Kim's bio.

A mover and a shaker from a young age, I grew up to be the typical athlete, strong, tall and what I thought was fast. Even though I secretly wanted to be a dancer, the door to the world of competitive sports was wide open from the start and I excelled at everything that I put my mind to. Graceful movement was not a strength, nor did I ever think that I could learn to move my body in such a way. In 2011, not knowing anything about yoga teacher, Shiva Rae, I attended my first 10 day yoga immersion session. The most gorgeous thing that I discovered about myself while taking Shiva's teacher training was that I am (as we all are) pure energy that moves with my breath like a wave. I am not a 5'10" stiff basketball player that cannot touch her toes. It wasn't about that. Sure, we all strive to go deeper into asanas and feel our body moving and changing, but where I always felt like I didn't have the right body in Ashtange, or the bendy back for Anusara, I had all the I needed for Prana Flow… breath.

Move the way joy makes you move… move the way love makes you move!

Everything begins...
with a thought!

Here at Evolve to Live, we support people through life's many changes and inspire ourselves and others to live life with a renewed passion!

One of our many clients, a previous world traveler, now felt stuck in her life after living five years in an apartment she was less than satisfied with. Finally she decided that she had enough and the thought came to her, "You have to move!"

That was the beginning of a process that began unfolding for her - that she wouldn't have been open to seeing -  new possibilities - without first having the thought that something had to change. She tells us that she feels like her "reset button" has been pushed and is now on a path to moving to San Carlos, Mexico! (Which by the way, I can assure you that was not in the realm of possibilities for her when we first met.) But because she had the thought, when a new opportunity presented itself, she was open to it.

Thoughts matter!
What we spend our time thinking about… matters!

Just two weeks ago I said to my daughters, "If someone would rent my house and water my plants, I'd get back on the road for the summer!"

Guess what! Someone did! And just two short weeks later, I'm on the road and a delightful young woman in transition is taking care of the Riverbend Retreat Center. Why? Because as crazy as it sounds, I thought it was a possibility! (Certainly there are hiccups with any journey of practicing trusting, letting go, and receiving.) Read more

So I gave my two weeks notice and am off on my own adventure. I'm going to visit all six ETL satellite retreat spaces, promoting ETL, selling my latest book A Year in a Suitcase, offering Angel Card Readings, Emotional Energy Healing Sessions, and collecting stories for my next book, H.O.P.E.  How Other People Evolved.

I hear over and over again the many stories of people who were less than satisfied with their life and made dramatic changes to pursue their passion or dream. I want to compile them a collection of short stories to inspire others how to  of how everyday people transformed their lives.

How will that look? I have no idea. All I know is that it began with a thought! (You can read about my first adventure like this in my book, A Year in a Suitcase.)

Watch my blog and Facebook for regular updates on what's happening! Or invite me to visit you when I pass through your area.

Tip: Can you identify a thought… a possibility... that is brewing just under the surface of your consciousness? How about making it an intention. Write it down, say it out loud and see what magical situations open up in your life!

On the Road Again!

Inspiring
you to new greatness!

By the time I had written this original draft to the time I was ready to finish it the  whole first two weeks had changed. (Read more)

Because of a couple of energy shifts… a new house sitter… and an opportunity to be on TV for ETL, I'll be leaving Wednesday, June 29, right after a short segment on The Morning Blend. I'll spend the night in Huntington Beach and then drive to Fort Bragg, CA, where I have the amazing honor of officiating at the wedding of my youngest son and his beloved in a beach celebration of dedication and love.  After that, the next scheduled stop is hiking Half Dome in Yosemite on July 14 with my daughter and her friends. And in-between I will follow the flow of energy… either heading north, south or east, or I suppose west…  depending on which doors open at the time. Would love to stop and see you! Or if you're in the mood for a mini-vision quest, join me.

I'll be on The Morning Blend, Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 11AM. Thank you to the staff at The Morning Blend for allowing me the opportunity to showcase Evolve to Live.  If we can get a link, we'll post it on our website.
