Important Update To Your Coupon Codes

We’re happy to announce the launch of our new website, which has been redesigned with easier navigation and a fully mobile-responsive interface.

Unfortunately, when migrating from our previous software we were unable to preserve the actual code numbers associated with unused coupon codes. You haven’t lost your codes—it is just that any unused codes have been assigned a new code number. That means anyone who was given a code but has not used it yet will need to be given a new code number.

You will be able to view the status of all your codes and identify the unused ones by logging in to your account on cicerone.org

Here's the process:
1. First, to log in, you'll have to request a new password as all user passwords have been reset.

  • Request a new password by going here. (Click "Request New Password" at the bottom of the screen).
  • You will receive an email with a link to click to create the new password. If you do not see the email with the renewal link within a few minutes, check your spam filter.

2. Once logged in, visit your “My Account” page. Here you will find three tabs related to your coupons. These include:

  • "Purchases" Here you will see your complete record of past purchases.
  • "Bulk Users" Here you will see name and status for the use of all your used coupons.
  • "Coupons" This section lists all your coupons and their codes and tells whether they have been used or not.
In many cases, you'll find that all of the coupons you have assigned have been used. In these cases, you are all set. Any remaining unused coupons can be assigned using the numbers listed under your "Coupons" tab.

If you find that some people have been assigned coupons but have not yet used them, you will need to assign them a new coupon from the list of "unused" coupons. You can let them know that the old coupon number will no longer work and that the new one you are supplying can be used instead.

Now, you may be wondering: If I sent out 10 codes and 1 was not used, how do I determine who needs to get the replacement code?  The answer is to compare the list of people you sent codes to against the list of users for the codes that have been used. You can see this list of used codes in two places, either under "Bulk Users" tab or in the "Coupons" tab. These lists should make it easy to identify users who have not used their codes. Also, if someone contacts you requesting a new code, you can consult either of these lists to ensure that they did not previously receive a code.

We hope that the new structure and information provided by the website redesign will make it easier to use and administer codes moving forward. If you encounter issues as you work through the transition, the fastest way to let us know and get a solution will be to drop us a note at our customer service address info@cicerone.org

Cheers!
