Dear Reader,

A green wall-green roof bonanza is underway in the UK. This month’s issue of Green Wall News includes an excellent piece on the boom.

We also highlight stories on Silicon Valley’s favorite green wall designer; growing evidence that green buildings improve health and well being; a Spanish net-zero energy home with exterior green walls; and the important role of green infrastructure in mitigating the impact of global warming.

It was a productive month at AgroSci, sponsor of Green Wall News. The Gunther & Co. restaurant in Baltimore, MD, which has one of our large air-purifying Aerogation™ green walls, opened. We installed walls at a condominium complex in Potomac, MD, and at an architectural and planning firm in Washington D.C. Both projects were through our Mid-Atlantic distributor, Greenstreet GreenWalls, a Division of Greenstreet Growers.
