Costume Update
We appreciate your patience regarding recital costumes. Some of our suppliers have been inundated this year and are behind in shipping. We expect to have most of the costumes delivered by the end of this week (though some will come in next week, we've been advised).
Please see the attached summary of costume notes to help you prepare/anticipate your packing needs. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask your teacher, the desk staff, Miss Jenna or Miss Brooke.

Quick Changes
As noted in the schedule update, Quick Changes for costumes will happen back stage during the show. Dancers with less than 5 numbers between their dances are asked to bring their costumes back-stage before the show starts. Please connect with the "quick change ladies" back stage during dress rehearsal or prior to the show.
To keep your costumes organized, please have the following information labeled on the garment bag for your quick change:

Year End Show Parking Update
The University has decided to resurface Lot H (the one down the hill from the theatre) which will impact our show. We received the following advice from the University staff on this matter and are passing along so you are aware:
"H” lot, the primary parking lot for theatre events, is being resurfaced over the next four weeks and will be unavailable for theatre parking. We have no control over the timing of this resurfacing but wanted to let you know best the parking option for your patrons.
“C” lot will be the closest available lot for visitor parking during this period, (parking map - section H5).“C” lot is directly across University Avenue from “H” lot and is a $5.00 “Pay and Display” lot where parking may be purchased with cash or credit card. From here it is a very short walk across to the theatre. As always, those with mobility issues or items to carry may be dropped off at the front doors to the theatre by driving up the building drive to the cul-de-sac of Hagey Hall before parking.
It is necessary to occasionally resurface lots to maintain a suitable parking surface and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
