From the glorious truffle Mortadella from Marino Meats to Truffled Salami from Sevenhill Fine Food, and fresh Black Winter Truffles from Mushroom Man’s Mushroom Shop; we will be exploring inventive ways to enhance your favourite dishes with the fabulous fungi! Locally grown Adelaide Hills porcini and wild pine mushrooms favourite are in season now and are perfect for creating winter warming recipes like risotto, soups and pasta.

TRUFFLE FESTIVAL
Following on from last year's inaugural event, the Truffle Festival will once again be hosted at the Market from 30 June - 3 July 2016.
The four day event will feature FREE cooking demonstrations with some of SA's best chefs, truffle inspired dishes from your favourite Market Traders, Truffle Tasting Table, live music, wine tastings and the long table Grand Truffle Luncheon on Sunday 3 July 2016.
