Out of Bounds Festival: 09.-12.06.2016

The Out of Bounds Festival will start bang on time in early June. The world's best downhill riders will battle it out for the best time on the clock to accumulate those all-important points. The Festival offers even more action – from the FMB World Tour Gold event 26TRIX, as well as a large Expo area to a glimpse to behind the scenes as well as many side events where one can participate.

Protective BIKE Four Peaks: 15.-18.06.2016

Between the 15th and 18th June 2016, a four-day/stage mountain (open to all), will again take place in the Austrian provinces of Salzburg and Tyrol. A new concept in 2016: four stages in two resorts – Saalfelden Leogang and Kirchberg in Tyrol. The top destinations for mountain bikers. Approximately 1,000 individual starters from over 40 nations will cover a distance of 207 km and around 8,140 metres in altitude.

The Mountains in Flames: 18.06.2016

When the mystical lights of the small fires illuminate the mountain peaks, one knows it is the shortest night of the year, midsummer’s night. At the Ritzensee a concert performed by the Railway Men’s band will take place. As well as music, there is the promise of great views of the “Mountains in Flames” (Free Admission!). Breathtaking views can also be enjoyed on the top station of the Asitz lift. Here the Leogang lift company invites you to enjoy the “Mountain Festival”.

| Stoabergmarsch24: 25.-26.06.2016

For the fourth time, the Stoabergmarsch24 (stoney mountain hike) will take place between the 25th and 26th June 2016. The 24 hour hike between Tyrol and Salzburg covers a distance of 40 km and an altitude of 4,312 metres through the Leogang and Lofer mountains.

| Local Products in the Spotlight: 26.06.2016

This regional fair will take place for the third year on the 26th June (between 10.00 and 17.00 hours) at the Congress Centre Saalfelden, under the heading "Local Products in the Spotlight". Around 30 companies will invite you to sample their delicacies. Free Admission!

| Saalfelden verein(t): A Town and Cultural Festival: 24.-26.06.2016
|
At the end of June, the Town and Cultural Festival will take place for the third time. As the title “Saalfelden Combined Associations" suggests all associations will be present. During this three-day event, local meets exotic and traditional meets experimental. This colourful, cosmopolitan programme will take place in and around the town square of Saalfelden.

| Andes Alps Himalaya: 01.-03.07.2016

The project "Andes Alps Himalaya" - From Lima to Leogang - watch international music groups perform in Leogang. This event promises a weekend of music as well as interacting with other people and learning about their cultures. There will also be a presentation by local mountaineers, musical performances, dancing, multimedia, etc.
