Tonasco Celebrates 10-Years Anniversary
Excellence in Precision Parts
Tonasco Team takes great pleasure in announcing our 10-Years Anniversary. We thank all our customers and business associates for their support that has made achieving this milestone possible. For the past decade, we have worked hard and never stopped challenging ourselves to deliver high quality precision parts at competitive price, consistently.
One of our key success factors is our conviction in continuous improvement. Over the years, we have expanded our production capacity significantly for complex parts up to ±0.002mm tolerance. We have invested in high-end measuring equipment, to ensure our Quality Control performance meets leading-edge standards for precision measurement. Some of our recent investments include a Zeiss Multisensor Measuring Machine and a Zeiss CMM with high-speed scanning technology. This enabled us to efficiently process large quantity of data, a great advantage in our very high-mix, single-piece production environment. To further increase efficiency and productivity, we integrated our workflow and processes with an ERP system. With a growing skilled workforce performing increasingly complex operation, the ERP integration has proven to be one of the most important advancements for Tonasco.
To date, Tonasco has earned a reputation as the choice supplier for high quality precision Single Piece parts with many customers. As we look back and recount our successes as well as challenges, we thank all our customers and business associates for 10 years of great business partnerships. We look forward to many more years of successful collaborations and achieving greater heights together.

Tonasco at Automatica 2016
Tonasco is exhibiting at Automatica 2016 in Munich, Germany. This year, we are showcasing many high quality samples of high precision components with tolerance range from +/- 0.01 to 0.005mm. These high quality samples are made of various materials, including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Tool Steel, Anodised Aluminum of various colours and PVC.
Visit our booth at Hall A6 . Stand 536, and examine the high quality of our fabricated parts and modules completely fabricated and assembled in single-piece quantity.
