Join us for Alpaca Summer Camp this July!

Summer camp is open to kids ages 9+. Camp will be held July 18-21 and July 25-28 from 9am-1pm. Snack will be provided daily and campers should bring their lunch. 

Daily farm chores will be taught including watering and feeding as well as pasture clean up. Campers will learn to halter, walk, and lead an alpaca through an obstacle course. Campers will learn quickly to be calm and patient with the alpacas. 

Each day will include a craft project. Examples may include felting soap, fiber arts projects, and more. There will be a demonstration of spinning fiber by local artist. And, of course, time to just be out on the farm enjoying the animals.

Registration is first-come, first-served. As of June 8th, we have 6 spots left in each week. We will limit camp to 8 campers per week so each camper has lots of individual attention with the alpacas. There must be a minimum of 4 campers per week to hold camp. If you register and refer someone who registers you will receive a free pair of alpaca socks. Camp is $120 per week. Where else would your child have such a great experience for $7.50 an hour?
