Jay and Lindsay, Thy Art is Murder, Beach Festivals and More: BEATS CARTEL JUNE JULY UPDATE

Howdy! Hope all's well in your World.

We've got a hectic June/July period coming up at Beats, checking in to keep you up-to-date with a range of original music opportunities from our end.

June/July will see us involved in one of our largest two month periods to date with headline shows from Jay and Lindsay (Frenzal Rhomb), Matt McHugh (The Beautiful Girls), Josh Pyke, Funkoars, A Night in Texas and Thy Art is Murder. Pretty amazing to get to hang out with some of our idols through a common love of live music!

We've also pitched in with inaugural Sunshine Coast beach festival Sea N Sound, doing their artwork, press, helping with band bookings and stage management on the day. Should be a solid event with one of our favourites Ash Grunwald in effect as well as a pre and post fest offering with a charity gig on the Friday and record fair on the Sunday.

Kim's on the back of the Big Pineapple Music Festival commitments. Congrats to the crew for selling out this year! An amazing effort and a pretty cutting edge fest combining old and new talent.

We've added the Villa Noosa to our venue list, a cool space with a long history of gigs. Remember going there for plenty of Blues Rock over 5 years ago. We'll be hooking in to bring a new lease of life to the venue's entertainment offering.

Also stoked to announce our signing of The Hi-Boys, a pretty amazing Grease-Rock act from the Coast. These boys are a heap of fun and have some big stuff on the cards with tours of Europe the the US. More to come!
