Year 6 Graduation Party

On Wednesday 1st June, both Year 6 classes enjoyed their graduation party at the Crystal lounge in the 'W' Hotel. Each pupil was given a copy of the famous Dr. Seuss book 'Oh! The Places You'll Go' in which they collected the signatures of everyone in Year 6 and the staff who were present.

They had a delicious buffet meal with rousing karaoke sessions between courses. As parting words of wisdom from our Primary school staff, a video had been recorded with the teachers reciting pages from the book. The children enjoyed watching the video before taking to the dance floor for one of Ms. Rina's famous 'dance-offs'. A fantastic night was had by all and the children represented their school and their families impeccably. For more photos go here.

Year 3 and 4 Msheireb Museum Visit

This week our Year 3 and 4 students had the exciting opportunity to visit two of the four houses in the Msheireb Museums.  The children visited the oil exploration house and the Mohammed Bin Jassim House.  They learned about the history of oil in Qatar, as well as lots of other information about the country’s past.  The children also found out about Qatar's ambitious plans for the future and how it aims to be at the forefront of innovation, excellence and sustainability.  See all the photos here.
