Eric J. Billowitz, Senior Associate

Steven Baldwin Associates would like to welcome Eric J. Billowitz to the firm as our newest member and Senior Associate.
 

Eric brings more than 30 years of a diverse aviation career, including senior airport management and administration, to the firm. As Senior Associate, Eric will focus on business development and serve as a project and client manager. His extensive experience in the aviation industry includes serving as an airport manager at multiple regional facilities, including Atlantic City International Airport (NJ), Stewart International Airport (NY), Republic Airport (Long Island, NY), Tweed-New Haven Regional Airport (CT), and Capital City Airport (Harrisburg, PA), among others.

Eric has a particular expertise in leading air service development initiatives, identifying market travel needs and matching those needs to carriers that can best serve that market. Additionally, Eric has extensive experience in all aspects of airport operations, management, and development, and is especially adept at:

• the modeling and analysis of rate structures,
• managing initiatives for transition and development,
• contract negotiation and administration,
• proposal development,
• finance and accounting,
• FAR 139 Certification and compliance inspections, and
• RFP development and solicitation.

Prior to joining Steven Baldwin Associates, Eric served in multiple executive capacities at AvPORTS—which owns, leases, and manages airports and related airport infrastructure—for more than 30 years. He serves as an expert courtroom witness in cases involving aviation issues, and he was recognized by AAAE-NEC for excellence in snow removal operations at Capital City Airport in Harrisburg, PA when he was the director there.
