The year is almost halfway over....so how are you doing?
Spend a moment looking back on any goals you set for 2016. Are you still on track? Do you need to readjust?
Either way use June as a check in point to reaffirm where the year is taking you or if its time to head into a new direction. Remember that most of the goals we set around fitness and health end up being lifelong commitments so it's important to assess where you are at every once in a while.
If you've fallen off your fitness goals then there is no better time to get back into class. The sun is out early, the weather is warm, and the hills are still there :)
Evening Classes!!
We are adding an evening class to the schedule! Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6pm we will be holding a class at the Lyon Street Stairs (Lyon and Vallejo).
Class format will be 10 minutes warm up / mobilization, 40 minutes of circuit exercises and a 10 minutes warm down / stretching.
We are offering a special package of $120 for all (8) classes in June. Drop in classes will still be $25.
