Kinsler's pinch-hit double

Detroit 2B Ian Kinsler didn't start Thursday but had a pinch-hit, RBI double in a 5-4 loss to the Yankees. Despite hitting .317 with 11 HRs, 30 RBIs, 7 stolen bases, and a .906 OPS, Kinsler is not among the top five A.L. second basemen in terms of All-Star voting to date.

Milwaukee LF Ryan Braun doubled in a 4-1 win over Philadelphia.

Dodgers CF Joc Pederson went hitless in a 7-2 loss to the Cubs and made his first error of the season. 

Reliever Scott Feldman did not play in Houston's 3-0 loss to Arizona.

Reliever Richard Bleier did not play in the Yankees' 5-4 win over Detroit.

Danny Valencia's Athletics and Kevin Pillar's Blue Jays were idle.
