Deaf Can Do It Day 2016

This year the type of community service project was open instead of themed, resulting in a wide variety of activities including making cards for veterans; collecting donations for Save A Pet animal shelter, Almost Home Kids, and BEDS Plus Care; volunteering at River Trail Nature Center and Heartland Animal Shelter, hosting a "Parents' Night Out," painting flower pots for nursing home residents, and much more. For a full recap as well as photos, visit the ISRC webpage at http://www.isrc.us/deaf-can-do-it-day-2016.
