From El Mirage Road, drivers can use Williams Drive to 117th/115th avenues to Happy Valley Parkway to reach Loop 303 NB. Drivers on northbound Loop 303 can exit at Happy Valley Parkway and turn at the interchange to enter southbound Loop 303 and then exit at El Mirage Road. |
