Dear Parents, both Heads of School at Madinat Khalifa have had an exciting week. Our Primary school shared their scientific knowledge with their peers and parents, while our Secondary Year 11s finished their final exam and celebrated with a Leavers Ceremony. In and Around School this Week

Primary Science Fair
Each year our Primary school students share their science experiments and learning with our parents. This year there were many interesting and innovative experiments. Well done to all the students who participated. See all the photos here.

Year 11 Leavers Ceremony
Wednesday 15 June, saw our IGCSE Year 11 students celebrating the end of Year 11. The ceremony recognised their academic success after two years of intensive hard work. Read all the details from the evening here. Photos will be posted to Facebook next week.

Student Council Second Chance Animal Rescue
Our Primary Student Council went shopping this week in support of the Second Chance Animal Rescue. They bought so much dog and cat food that they managed to clear the shelves in Carrefour, much to the amusement of the staff. For more on this go here.

Interested in participating in the Bronze or Silver Duke of Edinburgh International Award? The Award is available to all young people aged 14 to 24. It is voluntary, noncompetitive, enjoyable and balanced, and requires sustained effort over time. Read more...

School Uniform

School uniforms can be bought from two suppliers for next year.
Uniform Mart who will supply the 'old' Primary Uniform, this has the old Compass Logo on it. Students may continue to wear this uniform throughout the coming academic year. They will also supply students with our Secondary Uniforms. You can find their shop here. They will be in school to sell uniforms at Madinat Khalifa on 21 June from 11:30 to 13:30.
Ascot Uniforms will be supplying the 'new' Primary Uniforms. There will be order forms available mid June at each of the campuses. If you would like to order online you can do so here.

Juilliard Summer Camp - a few places available

Summer Performing Arts with Juilliard Camp still have a few spaces available. A 10% discount is available to all Nord Anglia Education Families. All the information for this camp can be found on our website.
