Conditioning classes have been super rad at Hyper Strength and Conditioning. Members have been gaining strength and looking mighty good while doing it. Now that the schedule has settled, I am opening up a few evenings for private small group training to get that extra edge on the summer and your health!

Whether it's getting that bikini body (hint: put on a bikini) or building the guns out for while the sun is out, or maybe relieving some crazy stresses, I can help you with that. Commit to 8 week programs to get your rear in gear.

Small Business Shout-Out: Giulia Ferraris of UNsinkable you Swim Instruction


Giulia is the instructor you want next to you in the pool whether you're new to swimming or need a battle buddy getting through your drills prepping for a competition. Pleasant, sarcastic (with adults,) encouraging (with all ages,) and always excited to work with you, she's got what you need to get comfortable in the pool and confident in your abilities.

I've been teaching swimming since 1992 and competitively swimming off and on since 1984. I've taught people of all ages and encourage people of all ages and abilities that it's never too late to learn how to swim.

My style is a bit different than others. I work with the student at their own pace and style. For beginners, I work on getting you comfortable and then we move to floating and then actual movement with slow, fluid motions- kind of like a jellyfish! Since 2014, I've also begun working with the Special Needs population- primarily autism and down syndrome.

I provide swimming lessons in client's backyards. I service the mid-peninsula from South San Francisco to Belmont.

Sunday June 19th: Hiking Sam McDonald County Park

Let's head south this month and bring the water. We're going to Sam McDonald Park for 4.8 miles of shade and sun on the late end of the month.
We'll head into La Honda with a 10am start time to beat the crowds. No doggies this time around, and little kids may not be able to keep up. Teens and grown ups welcome!

Already looking for a nearby taco joint to hit after the hike... in the meantime, join the Facebook Event to stay up to date on happenings revolving around our event!

We're planning a trip. A hiking trip for August or September. Send me your ideas for a weekend camp and hiking getaway for us to get to know each other and check out that nature thing we hear so much about.
