What could be more wonderful
Than a heart that's set on fire
That's full of passion, hope, and love
To see what it desires
What is greater than the hope
That one can feel inside
In knowing God has sparked that fire
A flame that cannot hide
For all of that combined with Him
And His Almighty Power
Infuses perseverance strong
Inside the needed hour
Though hope deferred can make hearts sick
A hope on fire brings strength
And energizes us with life
To go the needed length
So hold fast to the promises
That blaze within your heart
And never loose the joy of hope
God gave you at the start
This thing He gave you will arise
Let all distractions go
For God is God of all your hopes
And His rewards you'll know
Behold the Angel armies rise
To fight and see you through
To victory in all the things
That God has promised you
Arise sweet flame, inside the heart
And blaze with faith once more
