Downsview Memorial Parkette 10 Year Anniversary

The community is celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the Downsview Memorial Parkette. This award-winning park is a community hub, a memorial space for Downsview's fallen World War II soldiers, and a commemoration space for Downsview's Aerospace heritage.
Join us in celebrating with arts, local talent, music, a full festival, attractions, a sound stage, unique food, and more.

Earl Bales Arts and Music Festival
Celebrating the arts and culture of North York and Toronto

The Earl Bales Park Arts and Music Festival is an annual free, one day event celebrating the arts and culture of North York and Toronto. Taking place in Earl Bales Park, the festival features performances by a variety of musicians across a number of genres, displays by Toronto artists, activities for children and food booths from local restaurants.

Cultura Festival
Showcasing Music, Film, Dance, and Food

This family-friendly event celebrates cultural diversity of Toronto Friday evenings in July at Mel Lastman Square by showcasing world music performers, dancers, buskers, international food vendors, art activities, and outdoor feature film screenings under the stars.
The festival also serves to benefit the local community, with funds from the proceeds of busker performances going to support locally-based charities.
