Black and White

"I would hate for my children to look at me and to say, 'Where were you during the moment of the great decision?'" 

So said Harry Belafonte in 1967, in an interview with a Canadian broadcaster, about his decision to become involved with the Civil Rights movement.

There are a lot of great decisions being made nowadays, and a lot of issues that demand our time.  Nearly all of them are complex and complicated, and shouldn't be reduced to a two word phrase.  The world is not black and white, and nuance is everywhere.

That said:
