BENEFIT PARTY FOR ORLANDO
Johnny's debut at the NEW incarnation of Brooklyn's HOUSE OF YES has been turned into a benefit for the PULSE VICTIMS FUND. The night features "acrobrats", strippers, barbeque, pole dancers and body painting with Johnny's joyous soundtrack. Donations of any size will go right to the fund established by EQUALITY FLORIDA. Johnny looks forward to spinning for the hometown crowd and this important cause in this spectacular space. DJ DAVID KISS spins 8-10 PM, Johnny takes over 10 PM - 1 AM.

Daddy of Indie Gay Nightlife DANIEL NARDICIO has been producing his DWORLD UNDERWEAR PARTY for more than a decade in NYC, and brought it successfully to Fire Island's raunchier sister CHERRY GROVE some years ago. The weekly, held at the legendary ICE PALACE, hosts between 500-1000 visitors each Friday between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Often copied, it really is hard to top for energy and eye candy. Johnny continues his summer residency there this Friday June 17, and returns July 15 and August 5. He looks forward to seeing (and spinning for) his "Island Family."

About the Artist: Johnny Dynell is the New York City DJ, producer, songwriter, remixer and impresario who has been practicing his art and craft for over three decades. His DJ style is infectious and inclusive, and he is a long-time favorite of New York's art and fashion crowds as well as generations of Club Kids. He is equally at home at a black tie gala - like the annual Elton John Aids Foundation Academy Awards party - or the most underground nightclub. He brings to both an impressive knowledge of diverse musical genres, and currently is Musical Director for Max Mara World. Dynell has spun the soundtrack at thousands of enchanted evenings both at home and abroad over the years...

Promoter COLBY WALSH of last year's late-night KLÜB introduces a new spectacle just off the Parade route on Pride Sunday. This "freshly minted concept party at the infamous underground New York staple - SONO " should be a hoot. Walsh promises to "deliver all the thrills of a late night set with the bandur (sic) of a fierce cocktail hour drag show. Combine SONO's world class sound with the talents of DJs JOHNNY DYNELL, RICO ALEXIS and special GUEST STAR of RUPAULS DRAG RACE Season 6 GIA GUNN. So start your engines ladies, gents and all the mischievous flavors in between. Come join us for the beginning of a new GAY PRIDE TRADITION."
Johnny spins 2-6 PM - which is the absolute PEAK of the afternoon Parade aftermath - and perhaps even later if the sashaying masses demand it. This is an ideal stop for libations, a twirl, a bathroom, a kiki and of course - great beats.

The 2016 edition of the fabled JACKIE 60 BROWN PARTY: "WOODEN SHIPS" is set in a post-apocalyptic East Village devoid of power, wifi, Yelp or Fro-Yo. Ragged bands of survivors entertain themselves in a secret nightclub bunker as the radioactive ruins smolder. Producers CHI CHI VALENTI, JOHNNY DYNELL and SAMMY JO of THE JACKIE FACTORY and AMBER MARTIN and NATH ANN CARRERA of WITCH CAMP will create this nightscape where "Only The Brown Survive".
Inspired by the iconic CROSBY, STILLS + NASH song and events in the EV days after SUPERSTORM SANDY, the Brown Party returns to last year's venue THE BLACK ROSE on Avenue A. Highlights will include Martin and Carrera performing the title song, frequent Factory collaborator SEVERELY MAME, JACKIE MCs PAUL ALEXANDER and HATTIE HATHAWAY, DJs Sammy Jo and (original Brown Party DJ) ALTHEA LOVELESS, and more.
