Tanna, Vanuatu
Heartfelt Hope has been involved in supporting local communities and outreach in Tanna for the last 6 years. Recently, we supported a local initiated and organised youth event of over 500 young people to allow them to hear the good news of Jesus. Following this, we sent a small team of bible college students from the Alliance church in Woden Valley for two weeks of outreach. Focusing mainly on running workshops in the high schools, outreach in the market place and evangelism adventure in the remote Custom village, the team really saw God move. Even the weather and rain did not stop what God had in store. Using worship, teaching, artwork, prayer, preaching, visions and dreams, God deeply impacted and transformed people's lives. It was a powerful time for both those who went to serve and for those in the communities. God definitely moves in mysterious ways to perform His wonders.

South East Uganda
We have been working in Uganda for almost 10 years now and during that time God has allowed us to work alongside some wonderful people and communities. Recently, we have mainly been supporting the health clinics and some of the remote churches we partner with. The work they do in their communities is incredible. Despite lots of setbacks, stolen materials, drought and sheer distance we are still slowly working on helping to establish a new clinic in a very remote area near Lake Victoria. Thank you to those who financially support our work and allow us to keep offering a hand up rather than hand outs.

Women's Retreat
It has been a while since we have run a women's retreat, but in November this year on the beautiful south coast of NSW, Helen Betz is again leading a retreat. Created women's retreat will allow ladies to unwind, connect deeply with God, engage in some fun activities and recharge their soul.
The theme is Created. Taking time to marvel afresh at the incredible power and creativity of our Creator God. We will remember how we are all unique, with our own gift, talents and abilities. We will be reminded or uncover afresh dreams and opportunities God has written for His created. We still have some spaces available. HOPE Tour, Israel & Jordan 2019
We are currently taking enrollments for a spiritual retreat and discipleship tour into Jordan and Israel for 3 weeks in May 2019. Beginning in Jordan we make a pilgrimage through desert before arriving in the Promised Land where we then retrace the steps of Jesus life and ministry, As we travel we will be learning about the Bible, creating a sensory understanding of the Jewish culture, Biblical times and the life of Christ. Bethlehem, Nazareth, Jericho, Masada, the Sea of Galilee, Mt Beatitudes, Mount of Olives, Jerusalem, Garden Tomb, and the Dead Sea are just some of the places we will visit.
