On June 29, Haven Avenue will be open as a plaza and closed to vehicular traffic between 169th Street and Fort Washington Avenue. The Allan Rosenfield Building and Neurological Institute parking lots will be temporarily closed; parking for these cars will be temporarily relocated to the 100 Haven Ave. parking garage and another NYP-operated lot, respectively. Street parking along Haven Avenue, between 169th Street and Fort Washington Avenue, also will be unavailable.
