High honors for St. Robert School!
We are proud to announce that our school is one of a select few that has received recognition from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee for meeting rigorous standards of exemplary practice.  The Exemplary Recognition Program, based on the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools, is a process for identifying schools implementing defined best practices at a highly effective level in any of four application categories (Academic Excellence, Technology Integration, Mission and Catholic Identity, and Educating the Whole Student). The purpose of the recognition program, which is conducted only in even-numbered years, is to identify exceptional school programs for demonstration and replication. The designation can also be used in our marketing materials for a period of five years.

St. Robert School received exemplary recognition for both of the categories in which we applied: Academic Excellence and Technology Integration. The process began in January with written applications. Schools with superior applications were selected for category-specific on-site evaluation visits by team of experts comprised of an Associate Superintendent and other field-specific experts, including university academics and outstanding practitioners. The four-hour site visits included extensive interviews of representative staff, parents, and students, along with a review of supporting artifacts complied by the faculty, and live observations of classroom instruction. The process will conclude with a rubric-based report of commendations and recommendations that will help guide the next steps in our journey of continuous improvement. The award will be presented publicly at our biennial Catholic Educators’ Convention in October.
