you are invited to join us for our 2016 Annual General Assembly of members that will be held in Heidelberg,  in conjunction with the XIV International Triple Helix Conference, as follows:

The meeting is scheduled to last for two hours. This should give sufficient time for appropriate discussion of all agenda items.
In case you are not able to attend, please remember that every member can authorize in writing another member to represent him/her at the General Assembly: a proxy template is available here. This will help us for quorum purposes. No member, however, can represent more than two other members.

We remind that you have the possibility to register to the XIV International Triple Helix Conference with the discounted Early bird fee  up until 30th June.
