We are so glad you chose to sign up for a CYT summer camp! Your kids are going to be in for the funnest week ever!

Here are a couple important notes to help you get prepared for the week:

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN 
Registration and check-in will open at 8:15 a.m. on Monday. We highly recommend arriving early as it will take some time to get everyone checked in and ready to go. While the official camp program starts at 9:00, there is some pre-programming, games, and team prep that will start at 8:45 a.m. each day and your kids won’t want to miss that!!

MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS – It is extremely important that every child has a completed medical release form signed by a legal guardian. If a grandparent or friend brings a student and they don’t have a release form, another family member’s signature will not suffice. We cannot accept any student into camp without a medical release form, so please be sure that they have this paper signed and ready to go. Form can be found by clicking the blue link above. The attached behavior contract is also required.

PARENT INFORMATION
Each day a parent newsletter will go home with your camper. Please look for this each day as it has very important things in it to know for each day like dress up themes and items to bring to camp. This will also be found in a daily email that looks just like this one!

LUNCH
Snacks will be provided mid-morning, but each student not in Wiggles or Our Gang camps must provide their own lunch. Please plan to send your student with a packed lunch on Monday morning that is clearly labeled with their name. We also highly recommend kids come having had breakfast, as they will be very active throughout the morning.

NEW THIS YEAR...SNACK BAR!
For the older group only, we will be selling treats for $1 each at the snack bar during our afternoon break. Send your kids with some pocket change if they choose to participate.

The performance of the show on Friday night at 7p.m. will want to be on your calendar. The kids will be putting together an amazing show throughout the week and you won’t want to miss that! Invite friends, neighbors, family...there's room for everyone and the show is FREE!
