Good morning Everyone,
My first experience with the Ayurvedic system of healing was about 15 years ago. I was on a Yoga and health retreat and one of the presenters spoke about Ayurveda and its balanced approach to health and wellbeing. Each participant was given a questionaire to establish their predominant dosha. It was interesting and illuminating and offered a wonderful method to establish optimal health and equilibrium.
I'm thrilled to be able to invite you all to a free Ayurveda workshop being presented by two eminent Ayurvedic doctors from India.
Ayurveda, a holistic system combining diet, lifestyle choices and herbal remedies is described as the 'science of life' is a sister modality of Yoga and complimentary to it.
This free workshop is an opportunity to learn more about this ancient system of preventative and curative medicine.
