Trained to the highest level in reflexology CRM Level 5 Mastership, Gaynor is passionate about helping people achieve health and wellbeing through reflexology.

Having attended courses in adapting reflexology for sub-fertility and maternity, Gaynor has a particular interest in helping women on their journey to conception and throughout their pregnancy, up to and including labour.

Gaynor is also trained in Reiki level 2, and sometimes incorporates Reiki into her reflexology treatments.

Gaynor constantly updates her skills, having attended courses in Vertical Reflexology Therapy (VRT), Maternity Reflexology, Adapting Reflexology for Chronic Illness, Finger-Free Reflexology, and Reiki.
