GrowBiz XChange
Thursday 30th June
Lairds of Blairgowrie from 6.00 pm
Our final XChange networking event before the summer holidays is one not to miss.
We’ve got a great opportunity to influence how the Scottish Rural Parliament supports rural enterprise – and also to hear from a local star, Dean Dunbar, who despite being registered blind, is an adventurer and extreme sports enthusiasts.
Emma Cooper, National Coordinator of the Scottish Rural Parliament, will give an overview of the Parliament, and how developing the rural economy and enterprise is one of its priorities. The next Rural Parliament is taking place in Brechin in October.
We are also delighted to welcome Dean Dunbar to the XChange. Dean Dunbar, is a registered blind adventurer and extreme sports enthusiast, based in Blairgowrie. He branched into public speaking around two years ago and will give a short introductory talk about himself and his adventures. He’ll be accompanied by his guide dog, Stumpy.
As always, there’s a chance to network so bring along business cards and flyers. Light buffet from 6.00 pm. Please register using the link below so we have an idea of numbers. All welcome. bit.ly/1YtsvoK
