As Christians, we use a number of words that are packed with meaning and importance: God, Hope, Doubt, Justice, Freedom, Peace, and more. On June 5 we will begin a new summer sermon series called, "Words to Live By," in which we will unpack, explore, and explain what we mean when we use these powerful words, and how they shape our daily life. Join us for worship on Sundays at 10:15 AM to learn more.

Surf's Up July 11-15 2016!
You won't want to miss this exciting week of Bible stories, games, drama, music and more each day from 9:00-12:00! On Friday we will invite parents to join us at 11:30 am to share all we learned. There is no cost to register, so make plans now to join us this summer for VBS! Register completed 3K - completed 5th grade before June 26 to receive a t-shirt here or pick up a registration form from the church office today!
We are in need of 75 empty small plastic water bottles for crafts, you can bring these by the church office.
We are bringing the beach to FCC! So, if you have some fun beach "equipment" that you would be willing to share we would appreciate it. Item's Needed for decorating: Beach Umbrellas, Surf Boards, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, and Pool Floats - these items will be returned when VBS is over. *Please label all items with your name. We need them no later than July 10. You can place them in the Gandy Room (room 103) or bring to the church office. Thanks for your help! |

CHORAL MUSIC BOOTCAMP
If you would like to learn more about choral music and how to sing, join Dr. Paul Dease for “bootcamp” on Monday evenings in June. All are welcome, no previous choir experience necessary.

Our Summer Fun Camp is well under way! But there is still time for your children to join us. Listed below are the remaining weeks.
- Week 3: June 28-30
- Week 4: July 5-7
- Week 5: July 19-21
- Week 6: July 26-28
The tuition fees are:
- $210 for a 9-day session
- $74 for any one week (3 days straight)
- There is a $25 registration fee required for non-Adventure Nook students

MINISTER'S SCHEDULE
Monday, June 20 - Friday, June 24 Troy and Robin will be at Camp Chandler in Wetumpka leading Regional Senior High Camp. Troy and Robin will have access to email and phone in case of emergency.

The church office is open 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday. The office will be closed on Fridays. If you need to reach a pastor while the office is closed, please dial 205-295-6708 to reach the minister on call.
