CFP: Ramon Llull’s De Relatione (14-16 November: Barcelona)

The  of Departament de Filosofia, Departament de Ciències de l’Antiguitat i de l’Edat Mitjana and Institut d'Estudis Medievals of the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona are seeking proposal for papers for the  7Th International Ibero-American Congress Of The Spanish Society For Medieval Philosophy On The Occasion Of Ramon Llull’s Seventh Centenary (†1315/1316) to be held in
Barcelona on 14-16 November 2016.

The submission period for paper proposals is open from now until July 15th, 2016. If you wish to present a paper, please send an abstract of your paper (20+10 minutes) of no more than 150 words to the e-mail address: viicongresosofime@gmail.com.

The general topic of the congress will be the concept of relatio in its different aspects in medieval philosophy. Papers are grouped into the following sections or themes: ontology, political philosophy, aesthetics, ethics, logic and metaphysics. However, papers on Ramon Llull are also welcome. The archive should include: your name, title of the proposed paper, postal address, e-mail and institutional affiliation.

Once your proposal has been accepted, you will be asked to pay the registration fee (Ordinary, Members of SOFIME or Students) and to send a copy of the Registration form along with your transfer voucher (see annex) by e-mail to: viicongresosofime@gmail.com.

Immediately after the 7th International Ibero-American Congress of SOFIME (November14-16), the Aula lul·liana in Barcelona will close the Llull-year with yet another Congress (November 16-18). We invite all participants of the Congress of SOFIME to visit the homepage of the Llull-Congress organized by the Aula lul·liana.
